All Nominations are treated confidentially.

Classes are gifted by Happy Creative Classes. There is no cost to either the nominator or recipient. The recipient of the art classes will not be advised who has nominated them.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Nomination will only be accepted via the official online form below
• Nomination must be received by midnight Friday 31st January 2025
• Child must be aged 6+
• Child must be able to attend classes on Monday afternoons, 4-5pm in Maryborough QLD; starting Monday 3rd February 2025
